How is software delivered?


On-Premise FAQs

All our software is delivered immediatly to our customers from our secure My.InstantASP client are.

From within My.InstantASP you'll need to click the My Licenses link to download your software.

If you've forgot your password for My.InstantASP you can request this be sent again to the email address you used during your order. You can request your password at the link below...

This is a private area of the InstantASP web site only available to customers that allows you to...

  • Manage your account and contact details. Update your account password. 
  • Download your software and licenses or view the status of your product services.
  • Open new support tickets or check the progress of existing tickets.
  • View the status of any extended support subscriptions you may have purchased.
  • View order history, request refunds or download PDF order invoices.

All our software is provided as an electronic download.
